How the free library is organised

All 747 free bots are searchable and filterable, so you are not scrolling blindly. The filters split two ways — by contract family and by strategy type:

Filter Options Pick this when
Contract family Rise-Fall, Over-Under, Even-Odd, Match-Differ You already know which contract you trade
Strategy type Tick, Candle, Indicator, General You care more about the signal source than the contract

Every bot card shows how many blocks the strategy contains and how many times it has been loaded, so you can tell a simple three-rule bot from a 49-block one before you open it. The library also surfaces a Trending now row with Hot, Trending and Most used flags.

What the bots actually do

Names in the library describe the contract and the timing, so the behaviour is legible at a glance. A few representative examples from the trending row:

Bot Contract Timing
Rise Rocket Rise 1-tick
Fall Falcon Fall 1-tick
Even Comet Even 1-tick
Over 2 Blaze Over 2 1-tick
Under 8 Flash Under 8 1-tick
Odd Pulse Odd 1-tick turbo

Loading and running a free bot

  1. Open the Bot Hub and log in with your Deriv account through Deriv's official OAuth screen.
  2. Switch to a demo account before anything else. Every bot here should earn its way onto a real balance.
  3. Open the Free Bots tab, filter to your contract family, and press Load bot on one that fits.
  4. Adjust it in the builder — market, stake, duration and restart conditions are all editable blocks, not fixed settings.
  5. Press Run and watch the summary and journal panels track stake, payout, wins, losses and running P&L.

Check the stake rules before you run anything. Many published bots use a martingale-style recovery that multiplies the stake after a loss. That looks excellent for a short winning run and empties an account on a long losing one. Open the restart conditions and confirm you understand what the stake does after several consecutive losses.

Is there a "best" free Deriv bot?

Honestly, no — and treat any site that names one with suspicion. A strategy tuned for a trending market underperforms in a ranging one, and the synthetic indices switch between those states without warning. The Most used and Trending flags tell you what is popular, which is a reasonable place to start looking, but popularity is not performance.

The more useful habit is to run any candidate on demo for a full session, then look at the journal rather than the headline P&L: how long were the losing streaks, and what did the stake do during them?

Free vs premium

The free tier is 747 bots with nothing held back — no trial period, no locked features. The premium pass adds 520 further pro strategies for $5.99 a week, $14.99 a month, or $139 once for lifetime access. Both tiers run on your own Deriv account, which you fund separately.

Prefer to build your own instead? The Deriv bot guide walks through the block builder, and the analyzer tool covers the digit statistics the Over-Under and Even-Odd bots are reacting to.

Frequently asked questions

How many free Deriv bots are there?

747. They are searchable and filterable by contract family — Rise-Fall, Over-Under, Even-Odd, Match-Differ — and by type, including Tick, Candle, Indicator and General.

Are the free Deriv bots really free?

Yes. All 747 bots in the free tier can be browsed, loaded and run at no cost and with no subscription. A separate premium pass unlocks 520 additional pro strategies, but nothing in the free library is time-limited or paywalled.

How do I run a free Deriv bot?

Open the Bot Hub, log in with your Deriv account through Deriv's official OAuth screen, pick a bot from the Free Bots tab and press Load bot. The strategy opens in the block builder where you can adjust the stake and duration, then press Run.

Can I edit a free bot after loading it?

Yes. A loaded bot opens as editable blocks, so you can change the market, stake, duration, purchase conditions or restart rules before running it, and save your own version.

Which free Deriv bot is best?

There is no single best bot — a strategy that suits a trending market will struggle in a ranging one. The library flags which bots are trending and most used, which is a reasonable starting point, but test any bot on a Deriv demo account before running it with real funds.
